1. Introduction
   By enrolling in courses offered by THE BRIGHT TALKS ACADEMY, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any payment or participating in our programs.

2. Eligibility
   All participants must be between 7 and 70 years old. Participants under 18 years of age must have parental or guardian consent to enroll in any course.

3. Course Enrollment & Payment

• Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment through our approved payment gateway.

• Course fees are as listed on our official website at the time of registration.

• THE BRIGHT TALKS ACADEMY reserves the right to modify course fees; any changes will not affect already confirmed enrollments.

4. Course Content & Intellectual Property

• All course materials, videos, and resources are the intellectual property of THE BRIGHT TALKS ACADEMY.

• Participants may use them solely for personal learning purposes and may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any content.

5. Participation & Conduct

• Participants must attend classes punctually and follow all instructions provided by the instructors.

• Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the course without a refund.

6. Liability

• THE BRIGHT TALKS ACADEMY is not liable for personal injury, loss of personal belongings, or damages arising from participation in our courses.

• While we provide high-quality training, results may vary based on individual effort.

7. Modification of Terms

• THE BRIGHT TALKS ACADEMY reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be communicated on the website.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Participant

• Participants may request cancellation within 7 days of enrollment for a full refund, provided the course has not yet started.

• Cancellation requests after the course has started will be eligible for a partial refund, calculated on a pro-rata basis.

2. Refund Processing

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

• Any applicable transaction or bank charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Course Postponement or Cancellation by Academy

• If THE BRIGHT TALKS ACADEMY cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund or may choose to transfer to another batch.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Enrollment fees, registration charges, or administrative fees specified at the time of payment are non-refundable.
