By enrolling in courses offered by THE BRIGHT TALKS ACADEMY, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any payment or participating in our programs.
All participants must be between 7 and 70 years old. Participants under 18 years of age must have parental or guardian consent to enroll in any course.
All course materials, videos, and resources are the intellectual property of THE BRIGHT TALKS ACADEMY. Participants may use them solely for personal learning purposes and may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any content.
Participants must attend classes punctually and follow all instructions provided by the instructors. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the course without a refund.
THE BRIGHT TALKS ACADEMY is not liable for personal injury, loss of personal belongings, or damages arising from participation in our courses. While we provide high-quality training, results may vary based on individual effort.
THE BRIGHT TALKS ACADEMY reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be communicated on the website.
Participants may request cancellation within 7 days of enrollment for a full refund, provided the course has not yet started. Cancellation requests after the course has started will be eligible for a partial refund, calculated on a pro-rata basis.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method. Any applicable transaction or bank charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
If THE BRIGHT TALKS ACADEMY cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund or may choose to transfer to another batch.
Enrollment fees, registration charges, or administrative fees specified at the time of payment are non-refundable.
